OEM / ODM · From brief to delivery

Built for your market.

A structured sourcing program for distributors and brands—not a one-model-fits-all catalog.
01

01 · Market brief

We define the destination country, sales channel, retail position, expected volume, rider profile, climate, terrain, road-use definition and after-sales capability before selecting a platform.

  • Target power, speed and range
  • Required certification pathway
  • Price position and launch window
02

02 · Model fit and engineering

Candidate platforms are compared against commercial and regulatory needs. Battery, motor, controller, frame, brakes, tyres, lighting, charger and accessories are reviewed as one configuration rather than isolated options.

The output is a configuration proposal with items that still require buyer confirmation clearly identified.

03

03 · Brand and packaging design

For qualified OEM programs we can scope logo placement, graphics, color direction, manuals, labels, carton artwork and selected components. Artwork files and brand rules should be supplied in production-ready formats.

Safety labels and compliance markings are not removed or altered without review.

04

04 · Sample and validation

The agreed sample is used to evaluate appearance, riding feel, charging, accessories and documentation. Any difference between sample and intended production is recorded before approval.

Buyers should complete local testing and legal review where required; factory sampling alone is not a substitute for destination approval.

05

05 · Compliance and pilot order

Available certificates, test reports and lithium-battery transport documents are matched to the exact model and configuration. A pilot order may be recommended when a new market, brand package or component set requires controlled validation.

Document numbers and scope are shared through the commercial review process, not invented for marketing.

06

06 · Production, QC and delivery

After specification, artwork, terms and schedule are approved, the order moves through production planning, inspection checkpoints, packing, document preparation and loading coordination.

Deliverables can include the signed specification, packing list, manuals, agreed brand files, available compliance documents and a starter spare-parts plan.
